is running and promoting this giveaway via distributor stores, online and on selected social media platforms (that are in no way responsible for or affiliated with our promotion)

Eligibility:

• Entry is open to all Australian residents (18+)
• Employees, immediate family members of employees, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and employees of any company associated with the promotion are not eligible to participate.

Terms and Conditions of Entry

• To enter the Sterling Black Panther 25K Giveaway, entrants must purchase a Black Panther range product from participating stores between 12:01am October 1, 2024, and 11:59pm December 31, 2024.
• Entrants must scan the QR code on Sterling marketing materials.
• Upload a photo of their receipt.
• Provide contact details and details of the store where they made the purchase.
• Submit their entry.
• The more Black Panther products a customer purchases and enters, the higher their chances of winning. There is no limit to the number of entries per person, provided each entry is associated with a qualifying purchase.
• Entrants will find a link (https://www.sterlingtools.com.au/sterling-black-panther-25k-giveaway/) to the entry form on Sterling marketing materials via the QR code and on the promotional posts found on Sterling Tools’ social media accounts and website.
• Entries will not be accepted unless submitted via our promotion entry channel. Entries not submitted through the proper channel will be deleted.
• Photos of the receipt upload must be legible, clear, and high quality. Any blurry, incorrect formatting or dark pictures will not be accepted.
• By completing the Sterling Black Panther 25K Giveaway form, entrants agree to be enrolled in other marketing communications from Sterling Tools Australia.
• Entrants can unsubscribe from these communications at any time by clicking the ‘Unsubscribe’ button found at the bottom of any of our marketing emails.
• By clicking submit on the Sterling Black Panther 25K Giveaway form, entrants consent to allow Sterling Tools to store and process the information submitted.

• Any persons who buy a Black Panther product during the promotion and do not submit an entry, or only see the promotion after the promotional period has ended, are not eligible to submit an entry.

Prizes and Winning:

• List Prize(s) – The lucky winner will win $25,000.
• To determine the winner, a name will be drawn randomly at the location of 111 Munibung Road Boolaroo, NSW at the end of the promotion on the 15th of January 2025 at 11am AEST. The decision is final.
• The winner agrees to have their details (last name, first initial and postcode) included in a winner’s announcement post on Sterling’s Facebook, Instagram and TikTok (@sterlingtoolsaus) and website (sterlingtools.com.au). This is within 30 days of the prize draw and/or unclaimed prize draws.
• The winner will be contacted on the 15th of January 2025 after 11am AEST via the email address and phone number they provided during entry. If no response is received after 10 business days, a new winner will be selected, and the previous winner will forfeit all rights to the prize.
• The redraw will take place on the 29^th of January 2025 at 11am AEST at the location of 111 Munibung Road Boolaroo, NSW and the new winner will be contacted on the 29th of January 2025 after 11am AEST via the email address and phone number they provided during entry.
• The prize money will be presented to the winner via a cheque in front of the store where the winning entry was purchased (date is dependent on availabilities). The prize must be collected by the selected winner and is non-transferable.
• The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, vouchers, or alternative prizes or products.

Prize and Promotion Conditions:

• The promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
• Sterling Tools reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants.
• Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Sterling Tools Australia, its licensees, and marketers (including its officers, employees, contractors, and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, or loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including but not limited to the following:
  • Any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Sheffield Group’s control).
  • Any theft, unauthorised access, or third-party interference.
  • Any entry or prize claim that is late, altered, or lost.
  • Use of the prize.
• By entering the giveaway, participants agree to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
• Sterling Tools will use and protect personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
• Any false information provided within the context of the giveaway by any entrant concerning identity, mailing address, telephone number, email address, ownership of right, or non-compliance with these terms and conditions may result in the immediate disqualification of the entrant.
• Sterling Tools reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion if circumstances arise outside of its control.
• If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
